Need some help with Sai & journal skin

I hate our family's computer. It's a 9 years old shit -.- I loved it but since  it have internet connection, simply terrible. Much slower than it was and it's frozen off steadily. I can't use more programs normally. I scratch my face many times with my fingernails because of this. ^^;
Sai it's works relatively normally but I can do the linearts only :'D I tried some tutorial but I'm too idiot for them. X'D Um, so could somebody show a simple tutorial (I would prefer in hungarian :'D ) which the idiots can understand too? :XD: *puppy eyes*


Also I would like to make an own journal skin but I don't know how can I do it (too) :'D Could somebody help with it too? X'D
